Exchange Policy

We do not offer returns. Exchanges are accepted under the conditions outlined below and are subject to approval by our team.

Please read carefully before initiating a request.

Eligibility

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags intact.
  • Items with makeup stains, perfume, or any other scent will not be accepted.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or style is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
  • Each item is eligible for exchange only once.

How to Initiate an Exchange

To request an exchange, email us at info@serestudio.in with the subject line:
EXCHANGE — [Your Order Number]

Please include your reason for exchange.

  • Exchanges will only be processed once approved by our team.
  • Items sent without prior approval will be refused.
  • A flat exchange fee of ₹200 applies to all approved requests.

Once approved, please pack the garment securely in its original packaging with all tags intact. Items returned in alternate packaging will not be accepted.

Shipping

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges.
  • Seré is not liable for loss or damage in transit.

Processing Time

  • Once received, exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days after quality checks.
  • You will receive a notification once your exchanged item is shipped.
  • The entire exchange process may take up to 10–14 business days.
  • Shipping address changes cannot be accommodated once the exchange is processed.

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances:

  • Items marked as SALE
  • Items not in their original condition

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We sincerely apologise if you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item.

Please email us at info@serestudio.in within 48 hours of delivery, along with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear images and videos of the issue

Our team will review your request within 24 hours.

If approved:

  • We will arrange a return pickup
  • Once the item passes quality checks, you will receive a replacement or store credit
  • Please note: Replacement is subject to availability
