How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of order confirmation. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location across India.
Please note that delivery timeframes are in addition to processing times.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been confirmed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat shipping fee of ₹100 per order. Orders above ₹4,000 qualify for free shipping, applied automatically at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking details. You can track your order via the Shiprocket tracking portal.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within India only.
What is your return policy?
We do not have a return policy.
We do understand that sometimes a garment may not fit you correctly, we do provide size exchanges within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
How do i care for my Seré collection?
All our garments are crafted from south cotton semi handloom. We recommend a gentle machine wash or hand wash in cold water, line drying in shade, avoid bleach. All pieces are best worn when steam ironed or low heat ironed.
